2025 3G Abacus International Competition (Information for Contestants)

Date: 25 May 2025, Sunday

Venue: Summit 1, Suntec Convention Centre, Level 3

Reporting for Competition: 9.30am

Competition: 10.00am – 11.00am

• Please show your ‘Competition Pass’ to the registration counter to exchange for a ‘Competition Tag’ for the competitor.
• Competitors who are leaving the competition hall on their own, after competition ends, are to inform the registration counter upon reporting.
• 1 parent is allowed to accompany competitor into Competition Hall, and leave the Hall before start of competition.
• Parents are encouraged to re-enter the Hall after competition ended, to fetch their own child.
• All competitors are to bring their own pencils and abacus for the competition.

Reporting for Prize Award Ceremony: 2.00pm

Award Ceremony: 2.00pm – 5.00pm

• Due to limited seats in the Venue during Prize Award Ceremony, each Competitor can invite only 1 accompanying guest (Audience) into the Hall during Prize Award Ceremony.
• All competitors have to wear the ‘Competition Tag’ throughout the event for identification.
• All competitors will be seated together, at separate section from the audience seats. This will help to facilitate the prize award procedures. There will be teachers-in-charge for each category to look after the competitors.
• To better facilitate the programme flow, please refrain from crowding at the stage area for phototaking. An authorised photographer will be assigned for the event, and photos will be uploaded photo link will be made available within 1 week after the Competition, at  www.3gabacus.com – Homepage – News and Events posting
• Everyone should take precaution to take care of their personal belongings and safety.
• Award ceremony will be made available from 2pm – 5pm, on 3G Abacus Facebook page: www.facebook.com/3gabacus

• All competitors will receive their prize from stage.
• Competitors are to collect the competition certificate from the certificate counter after the Prize Award Ceremony. Please show ‘Competition Tag’ for the certificate collection.
